Dry Bulk Container Liners are a key component of the Bag-in-Box (BiB) method for transporting and storing dry bulk materials. The use of box containers for bulk logistics provides a number of cost, quality and flexibility benefits over other forms of transport. Our liners form a clean, dry, protective shield between the product and the floor and walls of the container. This enables 20ft, 30ft and 40ft bulk containers to be used as a low cost alternative, not only to road tankers for the transport of dry bulk products, but also to intermediate bulk containers, bulk bags or big bags. After discharging, the container liner is simply removed and disposed of, leaving the container free of residue and the danger of cross-contaminating subsequent products. Significant manual handling costs can be avoided when moving from bags to bulk liners operations.

Which Liner System Is Right For You?
To arrive at a suitable container liner design, the following aspects of the application to which the container liner will be used, need to be taken into consideration:
Discharge method and local regulations
Type and size of container (top loading or end loading; 20ft / 30ft / 40ft / 45ft)
In order to ascertain all the answers to the above, discussions need to take place with the product supplier and receiver. Once this is done, a fit-for-purpose container liner solution can be proposed. We can then provide training on the installation of container liners and correct procedures for loading and discharging.
Products Suitable For Transportation In Container Liners
Container Liner for Asbestos
Safe removal of asbestos, a carcinogenic material is a large project need in many European countries. Many of the old buildings use asbestos for the weather proofing, which was used in spray-applied flame retardant, thermal system insulation, and in a variety of other materials. Only a special Packaging product that’s designed for asbestos containment (class H) can be safely used when cleaning up during and after asbestos removal.
